Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Business Analyst, located in Tannery Road. The Associate Business Analyst will assist in collecting and analyzing data to identify trends, developing business strategies, improving operational processes, and creating detailed reports. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with internal teams, communicating insights, gathering and documenting requirements, and contributing to project implementation. The role also involves driving data-driven decision-making and supporting the company's strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, and Report Creation
- Strong understanding of Workflow Management and Process Optimization techniques
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Experience with tools and technologies associated with IoT, predictive analytics, and digital twin systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Capacity to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
