Shift & Work Location Details

Day Shift: Works from the Bengaluru office.

Night Shift: Works from home (Work From Home).

Shift assignment will be discussed and confirmed at the time of hiring.

Responsibilities

The role involves helping manage and support Omnitaas clients, acting as the first point of contact for their questions and issues.

Key duties include:

• Managing day-to-day communication with clients and responding to their queries
• Logging, tracking, and following up on client issues until they are resolved
• Coordinating with internal teams (product, engineering, operations) to resolve client requests
• Keeping clients updated on the status of their open issues
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and issues in the support system
• Escalating urgent or complex issues to the right team on time

Requirements & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; freshers are welcome to apply
• 0-2 years of experience in client support, technical support, or a similar client-facing role
• Comfortable working Night Shifts (Work From Home) when assigned; Day Shift roles work from the Bengaluru office
• Basic comfort with computers, email, and support/ticketing tools; willingness to learn new software quickly
• Detail-oriented and organized mindset

Skills Needed

• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• A calm, patient, and helpful approach when dealing with client questions or issues
• Ability to manage multiple client conversations under time pressure
