Entreprenuerial Sales Executive
We are seeking a driven and experienced B2B SaaS Sales Executive to join our team.
The Sales Executive’s responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.
A successful Sales Executive should be an adaptable, proactive individual who is able to converse clearly and persuasively with a diverse range of clients.
The outstanding Sales Executive should be able to demonstrate excellent negotiation, networking, and prospecting skills to drive company sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, keeping them updated about company products and services
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Identifying leads, making cold calls, and conducting presentations or product demonstrations.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to meet sales targets towards monthly or quarterly quotas.
- Provide sales point of contact for customer inquiries and negotiations, providing excellent customer service and after-sales support.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
- Communicate client feedback to the product development team
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive in manufacturing operations and industrial B2B SaaS applications
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with various clients and build profitable relationships.
- Outstanding communication skills to clearly convey product features, benefits, and value proposition to potential customers.
- Sales acumen and the ability to close deals, achieving sales goals and exceeding performance targets.
- Negotiation skills for discussing the terms of a sale, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining business profitability.
- Client management skills to maintain existing customer relationships and consistently provide high-quality service.
- Technical proficiency to demonstrate product usage and to utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Problem-solving skills to handle customer objections, resolve customer complaints, and provide solutions to clients’ needs.
- Time management skills to balance multiple tasks, follow-ups, and sales meetings.
- Business acumen to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Availability to travel as needed
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
